Very good product!
We bought this chart for our daughter, who is three and a bit. She loves to get stars and we find that she responds much better to rewards than to punishments; her behaviour has really improved since we started using this chart regularly. The chart board is nice and strong and the "headings" cover a good wide range of tasks - we will be able to use the chart for a long time as it will stay revelant to her needs. We'll just alter the things she has to get stars for as she grows up.The stars themselves are a bit fiddly but we popped them all out of the backing-sheet and keep them in little pots so she can choose the colours. She enjoys sticking them on the chart. (We keep it well out of her reach on the wall so she can't add random ones on, though!)We review the stars she's got at the end of every day, and on Saturday or Sunday morning we do a count-up and she gets a Rainbow Drop sweet for every star she's achieved. The chart has a place to write in agreed star targets, so as she gets older she can bank the stars and save up for bigger rewards, but at the moment she's happy with pretty little sweeties and they're only 10p a packet! She gets a chocolate button bonus if she's had a really good week. The chart is designed to cater for up to four children, and there is also a pen with an eraser included to write on your own targets. We found the pen-nib a bit thick for the size of the space but use another pen to write things on and find the eraser very useful. It's not a cheap product but it's well-made, and because it's reusable it pays for itself in a few weeks. Overall, three satisfied customers!

Great product that seems to work... so far!
I bought this about a month ago for my 3 and a half year old son, to encourage some simple behaviours like eating well and playing nicely. The board is nice and sturdy and opens up to hold the stars which is handy. The colours are nice and the choice of stars made it more interesting for my son. The pictures are also good as he can't read yet. I have found the chart works very well. I have noticed an improvement in my son's behaviour even though we sometimes forget to actually physically put the stars up as we go along. I now find that just saying 'don't forget you won't get your star if do do/don't do that' does the trick as he is genuinely concerned about losing a star. The system we've chosen means one small treat per day if all stars are gained but you could do it over the course of a week. The only negative I can think of is that the whole thing is rather small but in fairness the dimensions are given on the description so this is more down to poor visualisation on my part.Overall I would recommend this product as a good value starting point for reward charts but expect that I will be upgrading to a larger one within the next year or so.

Very good reward chart
This is a well made reward chart. I bought it for my 2 and half year old son as his behaviour had started to get worse and he was refusing to listen to anything we asked him to do.We set him an amount of stars to achieve and discuss what reward he will get once he achieves his target. Currently he is working towards a day out :)There are a variety of options given to stick to the chart but also a pen so you can add your own. We put down that he has no dummy during the day to start weaning him off it..and he took to it straightaway and only has it at night now. He has started putting away his toys, eating his food, washing his hands, brushing his teeth etc etc.The chart itself is well made and sturdy and the magnetic pieces stick well to it. It is easy to wipe clean any areas you have used the pen on.I would recommend this reward chart

An adequate reward chart
I bought this to use with my son who is 3 and going through the 'I dont need telling I know everything already' stage (apparently he will be going through it now till he leaves home). The chart is magnetic and there are prewritten chores and things to do that you can use such as brush my teeth and say please and thank you or there are also some that are blank for you to write your own things on. There are lots of coloured stars for you to stick on as rewards. The chart is a lot smaller than I expected, I really wanted something large enough to see at a glance and to be stuck to a wall so at the end of the day we could all look at it and see how my son was getting on, and so that he can see it by himself but it isnt really big enough for that. I have a child that touches things so I have to pin this out of his reach but then it means he cant really see it and looses the motivation to do what it says to get a star. Also the magneticness isnt strong enough and woe betide you if you knock it on the floor accidentally when dusting because then you spend forever picking stars up.Its not a bad chart its just a bit small and fiddly so it hasnt been used for very long in our house.

A MUST HAVE!
We bought this product for our 2 and a half year old boy to encourage potty training and brushing teeth. I though it was pricey at first but a better option than making one myself. It has worked beautifully and he loves to put his stars on and count the numbers. We use 1 star and 1 sweet when he uses the toilet as this is my main focus. This product is durable and will last a long time and can be used with up to 4 children or even partners! It is the best one i've seen so far and well worth the money - it's huge with so many stars and the tasks vary from toddler to teen. Just remember to be consistent and reward stars immediately after an activity. I'm now about ot buy one for grandma's house!

Its much smaller than advertised and I purchased 2 of them at the same time but never received the second one even though I was charged for it.
