Relieves the back pain

i got this due to my back being weak, unfortunately, it made my back ache, so i could not wear it.

I am a size 12 jeans (waist 33inch) sadly this belt brace is far too small. (Its more like an an 8-10 max). The wrap barely stretches around my waist and the orange straps go nowhere near the front.It has 4 plastic or metal rods in the back section and a small pocket for the gel pack. The back section is quite high and the material feels quite sturdy. Sadly unable to use it as too small. Might try a bigger size.

This belt is fantastic for back pain sufferers! It's does what it says. Offers great support while doing activities and when I use the belt with the warm gel pack it provided me with instant pain relief. It's a must have item!

I had a lot of lower back pain, I found this belt has really helped and the heated gel pack is so nice. The sizing is given on the image, make sure to read, take your waist measurement and follow the guide. I didn't read it properly and ordered a medium, I am a size 12 and it just about fits. However, I would recommend the product, it has definitely helped me and is comfortable to wear

I have to be honest, it doesn't exactly feel like falling into a feather mattress but when you compare the back pain to how it feels, when you wear it, there is no comparison. I forgot to put it on when I hoovered this morning and my back complained bitterly but soon stopped aching when I put the belt on. It reminds you to stand or sit correctly, which is so important to our spines. It nags me to stand/sit straight and to pull my tummy in. Highly reccomend.

I bought this belt for my wife a few months ago now and wanted to reserve judgment until we gave it a fair go. My wife has suffered lower back pain for quite a few years now and has been to many specialists who have tried to help. This belt has been absolutely amazing in reducing her pain. Why hasn’t this gone more mainstream I don’t know. The patch which you can cool/heat and place back in the belt is really clever. All we can say is thank you!
