Outstanding customer service
I had an issue with the IEC C13 connector (part that plugs into your expensive equipment) is rock hard and doesn’t fit well. Viborg's customer service team reached out to me immediately to fix the issue. This was my first time ordering expensive power cables. I’ve never been sure the expense was justified and I’m still not certain but the cables look great and Viborg's customer service team was exceptional. Based on the build quality and one issue that was fixed I’ll definitely try some of their other components.

Excellent cable
I'm very impressed with this cable. Nice construction. The packaging was very nice, too, but I'm always sad to see all the beautiful packaging that I'll immediately be throwing away. One thing to note... I noticed a number of reviews talking about this cable being stiff and hard to bend. It is a thick cable, but I didn't find it to be overly stiff. If you need to do a 90 degree bend, you can accomplish that with about 2" of space past the connector itself. Certainly, more space to do a more graceful bend would be nice, but the cable, itself, is reasonably bendable.
