My doctor actually recommended them because a medicine I was taking was making me sick to my stomach. While I would always prefer to get my nutrition straight from food sources, sometimes that isn’t practical on a daily basis. Ginger is one such instance. I love ginger, but there is no way I have found to quickly and easily fit fresh ginger into my daily routine. I have taken ginger supplements for years, and I feel like these are as good or better than the others I’ve used. I especially appreciate that they are organic and made in the USA. I think the price for a 40-day supply is more than reasonable. I am very pleased with them.

120 capsules sounds like a good deal until you see that you have to take 3 per day as the recommended dosage, which means that this is just a little over a month's supply (40 servings) of this supplement. This makes this supplement not the best bargain for the price for me.

These are definitely potent, to say the least. However, if you are a ginger lover, this is right up your alley! The smell & taste are evident. At first, you may experience a bit of of an aftertaste, but you quickly get over it. I work with clients on a daily basis and am exposed to all sorts of bacterial conditions, so I take this as a precaution to keep my immune system strong. So far, it's worked!

So ginger has been one of my go to herbs for a long time even though I don’t have tummy aches often anymore. It’s good for colds too. Plus it’s considered a superfood.This brand seems really good. I actually opened a couple capsules into a mug with some hot water and had it as a tea. It tastes pure and just like I would expect. It was very tasty and warming.I’m really glad it’s organic, gluten free, and doesn’t contain any fillers.
