I have bought well over a dozen Redragon PSUs ranging from 650W to 1000Ws, I mainly buy alot of 650w and 850w psus. I also tend to buy them used directly from redragon. They are an excellent budget option, I have had a single one be completly dead, which was dissapointing, but For the most part there are no issues and it was easy to return. There is not a coil whine issue with these units, nor is the fan particularly loud or present any issues. The RGB and the effects are pretty good. They can also just be turned off. Some of the effects I have no idea why anyone would use, but they certainly don't hurt. I would really like to see a 5v connecter to take control of the fan in the future, that way it can be synced to the rest of the lights. I feel that would really push this over. I put the white model alot in my builds as it is one of the most affordable white PSUs. Which is often necessary for cases that have gpu shrouds with mesh or cutouts, on white cases. The cables are fine, I have had a broken tab before on cables, but nothing bad. I always use cable extensions with these, so their look isn't super impactful. I'd recommend that to everyone.

bought this about a little over a year ago for my son's pc I was building. after 1 year and like 2 months its still working with no problems. highly recommend this power supply. Will definitely buy again for another build.

The lights are nice but with the way my setup is they aren't seen anyhow. Super quiet and works perfectly in my build. I bought this after buying a mouse of theirs which I was also very impressed with. Now it's time to see how the longevity is, they do have a pretty adequate warrenty too which I think people overlook when reviewing after having something fail. Wanted to add an update, recently I lost the neutral leg to my house and this thing still cranked for the time while I was trying to figure out what was happening. The fact it didn't slip a beat nor cause any other failures in my PC is mind-blowing. I would beyond recommend this PSU on that alone as it not only protected sensitive PC components but it didn't even fault when the neutral leg of power was gone

This is an awesome power supply! I bought this for my new computer that I built and runs great! I bought the 650W and does everything I need it to. I have 64gb of ram and run 5700x amd Ryzen. At first when installing this I thought it didn’t work as this was my first build and customer service reached out to help. I was able to jumper it and prove the PS did work. So my issue was elsewhere. Anyways very recommendable PS with very cool lights!

As the title says, the item arrived broken on arrival. Not only that, it messed my motherboard and storage up somehow and had to take over 5 hours to get my computer back up and running after I reinstalled my older PSU. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing this power supply, especially if it’s in a used condition. Mike was purchased at a “like new” condition. Buyer beware.

Got this when it was on sale been using for months now 0 issues love that its fully modular hepled with cable management alot but other than that works as inteded

This PSU is very quiet at idle, and I have the white 650W variant. Overall, I absolutely love this PSU, this is the PSU used in this $700 budget build commision. The i7-6800K & RX 5700, plus everything else, only uses around 575W. The RGB fan looks nice, but I do wish that the fan had a cord to connect to my fan hub, as I have to change the colors seperately with the red LED button. The PSU does also come with very nice white cables, although I used extensions for the GPU, CPU, and mobo PWR. Overall, really like it, very nice lighting, from the 3rd pic, and has nice power consumption. Again, it’s very quiet, although SLIGHTLY noisy under stress, but still very good temps. The PSU is also somewhat light when I took it out of the packaging, but that was without the full mod cables attached. Build is still lighter than the previous one that used the same case, and a smaller GPU, but larger mobo. Overall, I really love it, and definitely will use it again in the future, possibly in my next personal build for the 1300w.
