I’ve been using collagen powders and tablets for a few months now and Ancient & Brave is my favourite brand. It dissolves easily in my morning coffee, leaves no taste, and I have found that it is starting to help with my aches in the morning. I’m no expert but the quality is good in comparison to others I’ve tried. I’ve ha no side effects from this product , unlike when I took tablet form collagen and it is good value for money in comparison to other brands.

This has worked wonders for me as a 47 year old perimenopausal woman. I’ve had great results on my hair growth and strength and not loosing as much hair daily. My nails that were weak and brittle have strengthened too, and aches and pains in joints have overall improved. I like the sachets as there’s no measuring the product and it’s easily transportable to take away with me, which makes it’s easy to never forget to take. Just one sachet per day in my coffee which is tasteless. You can start to see results in as little as 2 weeks, but for best results I’ve find are from 6 weeks onwards.

Fabulous product and absolutely no taste.

Body aches are much less, it’s not tasteless, but I wasn’t expecting it to be , it pre measured just mix with little water and let it sit for 5 mins or until it turns transparent then add it to your drinks

I normally take a different collagen powder but I was going on holiday and wanted sachets I could take away with me. I found this to be perfect. Dissolved easily into my coffee and really not that much taste to it. I’m not sure if it was a mind thing but I felt great this holiday! Last year I didn’t take any collagen with me and I just felt abit out of kilt - tired, aching - not on top of my game. This holiday was perfect, I felt on top physically and mentally and I put it down to this. The only negative thing is when you’re on the go the sachets aren’t the easiest to open. Considering moving to this brand but the price point is nearly double what I currently pay.

Perfect for travelling or when on the go. I bought these sachets due to going abroad and I am not disappointed. Being in my 40's, I have been using Ancient and Brave for 3 months and I have noticed the difference in my hair, skin and nails. My nails are stronger, my skin is more hydrated and my hair is starting to look less dull and lank. It is tasteless, odourless and perfect in my morning coffee ☺️
