A convenient attachment for adding fruit flavor to water. It fits nicely and makes it easy to prepare infused drinks without a mess.

Did you know that drinking citrus water helps your metabolism and regulates your glucose level? it does! I cut op a lemon and a lime and load this diffuser. Then I drop it in a 3 liter Rubbermaid pitcher. At the end of 8 hours you have some greatly flavored citrus water. At that point I usually pull the diffuser to keep the water from getting too bitter. You can also add a tablespoon of pure Stevia to a 12 to 16 oz glass For a zero calorie light lemon limeade that will not spike your glucose like most artificial sweeteners can. Current medical advice is to avoid Sevia with added erythritol. I am not a medical professional but this has been in the news.

This is a nice infuser but the top is too wide to fit in any of my water bottles.

The Ice Shaker cups are solid products that are well thought out. The infuser fits securely in the life and holds a good amount of fruit to last several cups throughout the day. Well done !

If you like lemons or limes in your drink but want to keep it in place, this is perfect. Screws into the lid of your ice breaker mug in place of the ice/powder piece that comes with the mug. It is an extra purchase but it is a game changer! Love it

My water bottle, to me is wide mouth, but not wide enough for this insert. It was just shy of too big. With not having measurements, my assumptions were not correct. Please update the description to keep future returns down.
