First I like the color, next the TWO layers for storage, the breathability inside AND out. Nice looking to hold different fruits and snacks in the kitchen. I definitely recommend lifting the cork lid with 2 hands if there's something heavy-ish like apples 🍎 or 🍌 banana's in it. Other reviewer had a chunk break off, I can see how that would happen. Overall, a good product with good looks and function.

I may be insane for wanting a fruit bowl that is this expensive, but it is perfect for how much I cook and keeping my onions and fruit separate but in a shared space. Very thankful my husband noticed that it went on sale and bought it at a cheaper price. my friends and family even wanted to know where I got the fruit from since it looks so gorgeous on our counter!

this works great to store our produce!The cork is very fragile though. Use two hands to pick it up. my husband ripped a piece off cause he tried picking it up with one hand

I like the ceramic bowls, top reminds me of plastic cork. It will do but I leave it in the cabinet

I have been looking for one of these for a while couldn’t find one under $170. This was the best price and it’s a great bowl hide your roots underneath put your fruit on top.

I bought this after reading how knats hate cork material. BS. Put a bunch of bananas in the cork bowl. Later in the day a couple hours, I see a knat crawling on a banana! While it was crawling on my bananas, I see another one at the same time, land on the side of the cork top, walking all over the cork! I'll be sending this back.

The most amazing bowl I never knew I wanted. I had been looking for something for YEARS that would hold my onions, garlic, and my tomatoes, lemons, limes, etc. And look nice on my counter. This is very pretty and functional for that purpose. I love it.

Excellent. Keeps my sea salt handy and dry.

The cork lid was misshapen in one spot and did not fit the bowl properly (entire lid was too small for the bowl and moved around.).

Great for coarse salt

I own the garlic keeper, and now the salt pig. Extremely pleased with both and would highly recommend.
