Great Little Cooler for My Eyedrops that Need Refrigeration
I really like this little mini container-cooler. I don't use it for insulin, I use it for my eye drops. I get eyedrops from my Optometrist. They make it from my blood, spinning it and using the liquid from my blood. I can't tell you the technical terms. It is used for dry eye that I used to buy prescription eye drops that were way more expensive. These are more natural and they don't have preservatives so they need to be kept in the refrigerator. This little container works great for travel. Just don't forget and leave it in the Motel Refrigerator like I did and have to get a new container. Ha Ha

This is THE ONE
This case absolutely keeps medicine cold while traveling. I spent two full days in planes and auto recently when traveling. This case kept my medication vial cold, plus it's large enough to carry all of my supplies for once weekly injection. This is NOT large enough for Kwik Pens or the like, but I believe they do make one that would accomodate those. This held regular size diabetic syringes, alcohol pads and vial. The blue piece the vial sits in should be removed from the case and frozen solid ahead of time for travel days. I had left mine on the freezer for a week prior. My accomodations had a full size fridge & freezer, so I put it right back in the freezer upon arrival, and my medication and supplies stayed in the case inside the butter compartment in the fridge. I believe this would've stayed frozen and kept the medicine cold for another full day if needed, because it was literally still frozen solid after a full day out of the freezer. I haven't tested it to find out how many days it's good for. I think it's a great quality case and certainly did what I needed it to do.Edited to add: on one flight (domestic) I forgot to mention this medication case to TSA, and my bag (personal item) was identified by the scanner as having a UFO (My words) so it pushed it to the side. The TSA agent was SUPER NICE, asked if I had medication in the bag, I quickly showed it to her and she didn't even give it half a glance, just asked it needs to be kept cold? I said yes and apologized for my failure to mention it up front - she waved a hand said no big deal and told me have a nice day. I'm not someone who flies often, and it just literally slipped my mind. On the return trip, the TSA at the other airport (domestic) told me that I didn't need to pull anything out, I mentioned I do have refrigerated meds, and they said it's okay, no need to pull out liquids or anything. So declaring it depends on who, what, where and when you're flying on domestic flights!

Fantastic Medicine Cooler
I purchased this so I could bring my medicine on our trip. The flight was very long, but it kept my medicine safe and cold. I love the way I can tuck syringes and alcohol wipes into the pocket. The vials fit beautifully into the curved center of the ice pack. It was absolutely perfect for transporting my medicine and supplies. Highly recommend this product.

keeps rx eye drops cold all day
I use this to keep my prescription eye drops cold when I go to work all day (we don't have a refrigerator) and also when I traveled internationally. It works great! I use this every work day - just throw it in the freezer when I get home from work & let it freeze overnight then grab it & put my eye drops into it when I leave for work in the morning. It worked great to keep my eye drops cold while I had an international travel day of about 14 hours from leaving my house to getting to my destination & they stayed cold. No problems with TSA (in the US) when I went through security when I started my trip. I kept this in my carryon bag, it does show up on the TSA scanners, so they stopped me so they could check the container quick just to verify it's frozen & it was (by eye drops weren't frozen but that's ok since eye drops are medical). I have recommended this to others since it's worked so great for me.

stays cold and safe
It is easy to travel with this mini cooler traveling case. It stays cool even on long flights. My only complaint is that its size makes it a little difficult to carry more than a couple of syringes in the pack.
