Thrice as nice.
I read the other reviews of this triple magazine pouch and bought it anyway. OK, so I have a double pouch just like it for my EAA Witness, and love it. I knew I wasn't taking much of a chance. Well, I love this one too.I use Chip McCormick 10 round extended magazines, so grabbing one is not a problem. Half of the mag is exposed. I am not just trying to pull it out with my fingernails. I can get a good hold on each magazine.I haven't played with the tension screws yet, but they are there if I find I need to adjust something. Right now, the slot nearest my right hand is marginally looser than the other two slots. I may, or may not adjust them. It depends on how I feel after a few trips to the range. All three slots are perfectly servicable as they came. As with anything new, there is a period of getting used to them. Practice will make me better, though not perfect. The obvious advantage here is the third slot for the additional magazine. Three instead of two. That really doesn't tell the whole story though. With my 10mm Witness, I am carrying 15 round magazines. One in the weapon and two in the pouch. That is 45 rounds plus one in the chamber makes 46 total. With my 1911, as I said before, I am carrying 10 round magazines. One in the weapon and now three in the pouch. That is 40 rounds plus one in the chamber makes 41 total.Let me put that into perspective. When I started out in law enforcement, I carried a .357 magnum with 6 rounds in the weapon and 12 rounds in loops. Look it up youngsters.46 rounds as opposed to 41 rounds. All of the sudden, the 1911 is in the same ball park as the high capacity wondernines and glockentickers. Unless the folks using those weapons get a triple pouch too. 60 or more rounds on my duty rig. Hmmm. Sounds heavy to me.So far, my double has held up for about 3 years without falling to pieces, jamming my weapon, rotting my teeth, or giving me a social disease. I am going to assume that if I die an inglorious death on the pavement, it will be from being an old fat man - not because I got a little bit of dirt on my bullets.BobTCLEOSE licensed Police InstructorServing since 1979

I recomend Safariland Products Well made Holsters and Shooting Accessories
Well built and designed( Faces Perpendicular out ,not in line forward along your belt line Just Right for Competition shooting and adjustable Re-Tension for the magazines to fit into the slot No retention straps needed !Made from Leather and Polyetherien stitched Blocking and fits tight but with enough gap between your waist line to the back of the pouch , When grabbing the Mags it lines up just right with Indexing the mag to the well of your SA Pistol !It works also for Concealing too does not jut out noticeably under the wright garment Clothing for carryin your self defense weapons !

Great product. Performs as designed
The magazine pouch’s tension is adjustable so you can adjust it to where you are comfortable in removing and replacing magazines. It holds the magazines in place well and does not allow them to slip out.
