Fab product, does what it says it will!
I've had two bottles of this now and safe to say it definitely works! I was becoming concerned beforehand because I was just constantly hungry and constantly eating, regardless of whether I'd had a busy or quiet day, or how much exercise I was doing. I wanted to find something that was natural, NOT a diet pill, just something that would curb my ravenous appetite - I don't want to be doing anything to excess, including eating! This definitely works - I need less food to feel full, I snack a lot less and I feel hungry less often. It doesn't curb appetite completely but that's a good thing - I don't believe anyone should starve themselves. My figure looks better for it, and I feel better too as I'm much less inclined to eat unhealthy snacks in between meals! They've changed the formula recently, so it now doesn't taste too pleasant, but it's just a case of quickly swallowing it down and having a sip of fruit juice or something - nothing too bad. Great product, I'm very glad I've found it - and I did my research beforehand, no nasty side effects, it's just a natural fruit extract that's been used for thousands of years! Everyone's body is different so there are a few that it doesn't work that well for I guess but for me it's been a lifesaver in just getting me down to eating a normal amount each day, I'd never be without it.

I really like these tablets because I have been able to eat ...
I don't find that this item increases my energy, suppresses my hunger or promotes weight loss. I really like these tablets because I have been able to eat more without gaining weight over the christmas period and since i have started taking them, i do not feel as bloated as i used to. Great item.

Maybe just placebo, but definitely feel like it works. May be down to increased effort with diet and exercise as well though.

Great value!
A very good product that helps control appetite and I also find them useful in reducing anxiety. I have tried cheaper brands but these are definitely the best value for money!
