Came unassembled but very easy to put together in less than five minutes. Cute sturdy little pan with nice solid wood handle. Love that it comes with a little spatula and butter brush. I sprayed the pan with olive oil as I do with all my pans before cooking. Flipping the first egg was a learning experience but I got it and was able to easily do the other three. Love that the lid is glass. I am looking forward to using this pan much more in the future. Banana for scale in pictures.

I never knew how much I would use an egg cooker like this until I got this one! The feature that took me by surprise is that at base of handle near the pan there is a pink looking rubber piece that changes color to white when pan is hot. Very versatile pan that was a great inexpensive Christmas gift.

Everything about the cooking was fine but I don’t understand how the lid is used for flipping. Made a mess.

This by far is the best egg pan I’ve ever purchased and I am a kitchen gadget geek. I love egg muffins and this pan creates the perfect size egg for English muffins or sandwiches. I like mine cooked well. My wife prefers sunny side up, is super easy to do either.So far I’ve used mine on gas and induction cooktops and worked perfect on either. What works best for me is on gas use the larger burner on low and with the lid in place it helps to firm up the top without burning the bottom (same with induction). Using the lid to flip the eggs is a bit tricky. I found that using two spatulas like the one provided worked best.I started to purchase the lower priced pan without the lid but that would have been a big mistake especially the way we like our eggs.

Good for eggs but too small for pancakes batter.

Super impressed! I purchased something similar but was nothing like this in shape and depth of the holes. This is so stinkin cute in size too. Perfect fit on the burner. I was unsure of the non stick so I did the tiniest dab of butter in each but next time I don't think I will even do that. Absolutely does as described and I just love it. The glass lid is a game changer.
