Great, with limitations
I think it works great, as long as you were only going to slide on your belly or back. The thickness of it sent my knees right into a soft spot, causing me to crash, and on your belly, if there is a rock or anything sticking up you will feel it. But it is very compact and does what it’s intended to do.

Slides easily along carpet
Bought this for a relative in case he fell inside his house. Unfortunately, he did fall and was able to scoot on the slide and got to a place where he could pull himself up. Otherwise there would have been a lot of struggle to get to his stationary chair. Also, the handle is helpful for someone to pull and slide along the carpet to a safer spot.
