She’s petite and has made it her mission to eliminate all dead branches from Texas cedar trees on our property. She can easily use this saw as the shape is closer to that of a battery powered drill. Battery life is pretty short especially with near continuous use, but there’s 2 batteries and the charger is fast. I did notice an area just above the handle gets really hot so gloves should be used. Might be better used for PVC applications like plumbing or irrigation.

I do like the saw. Unfortunately both batteries went bad within 3 months both batteries would no longer charge. When I initially contacted the company it took sometime, but I was later contacted by a representative that saw to it that the warranty was honored. I am pleased and will purchase from this company in the future.

Functioned well while working on 2x6" deck boards. Liked having battery pack power. This also has 2 batteries if one gets low. Good safety features.

Purchased this item a couple of months ago. After the 2nd use neither battery would charge. I emailed customer service and he was great. We emailed back and forth a couple of times about the batteries and he said he would send out 2 replacement batteries right away. The Reciprocating Saw worked great until the batteries went unchargable. The replacement came 2 days after the last email and WOW. That man sent me a totally brand new case with everything in it just like the one I bought. Now that's service. Great Product and Great Customer Service. Wish more companies were like this one..

very flimsy poorly made

If you need lightweight cutting holds a pretty good charge anything to thick. Not a good choice

After researching a decent Reciprocating saw for assorted jobs that I have. I cannot justify spending a lot of money on this type of item as I don't use it often enough.I decided to take a shot on this product for a few reasons. It came with a carrying case which is a must for me because I don't like nor have any electrical tools just hanging around somewhere. Plus two batteries which was a good thing.I put in a Dewalt blade and headed outside to try this thing out.Within a matter of a minute, it shook like it was having a personal earthquake. Then it was running sooooo hot I had to stop and put it down.Needless to say I actually had this item for about 24 hours and then returned it.
