Unable to use item on a very painful mouth ulcer. Liquid was too thick to dispense through the vaporiser and the top did not attach to the bottle. Taste also extremely unpleasant. I have purchased item before without issue, so this was disappointing. I also purchased the aloclair gel but found that it was unusable too as the gel did not come out of the tube in a normal way and just created a very sticky mess everywhere. Unfortunately I missed the return date on both items due to illness.

I was trying to find Iglu ulcer gel but it was out of stock. This product promised a lot of what Iglu does ie it provides a protective film to prevent the ulcer getting abraded and to protect while it healed. The reality? Another gloopy, sticky gel that gets on your fingers and wiped off the ulcer at first lick. What a complete waste of time and money.

Very disappointed. This was recommended to me by a friend. I find it very difficult to apply in accordance with the instructions. There is no sensation from the gel so you do not know whether it has been applied to the correct area. The instructions tell you not to touch the area with the dispenser so it is really impossible to get the gel to the precise spot. Overall a total waste of time and money. Back to Bonjela!

Complete waste of money. Has no numbing effect whatsoever and does not dry and form a seal over the ulcer. No matter how long you wait it remains wet and disappears within seconds of usual mouth movements. Completely pointless product.

Do not lie Aloclair, your product does not produce a protective layer over the ulcer . You put it on correctly and even if u wait for longer then they say it still slides off. Apsolutely s***e Ppl go with ‘iglu’. It’s amazing. I only went with aloclair because the blue iglu gel was out of stock everywhere x

It hurts like hell when applied to the ulcer & it didn’t help speeding the healing process. I only tried this due to the iglu brand discontinued its ulcer gel. For me, it was a waste of money x

It doesn't stick to your cheeks/ulcers/inside mouth; it slides off super easily. The texture is like toothpaste - how are you supposed to use "1 or 2 drops". It is LITERALLY like toothpaste. DO NOT BUY IT.
