How flexible are the elasti-rubber arms? Do they stay in the shape that you bend them or do they "fling" back to their normal position?

If youre talking about the arms that go over your ears, they definitely have an inward curve to them so I had no problems with them staying on and its sufficiently comfortable with not too much pressure but they're perforated plastic (no metal inside) so they will not retain any bend at all.  The nosebridge is rubber coated metal and can be bent and customized to fit and it stays in that position. Hope this helps!

It says it blocks 90% from 400-430nm, what is the percentage after that? I’m looking at these as an indoor daytime solution so some blue light is good
