I like the raspberry flavor. Pink lemonade isn't bad though. I start taking this 2x a day the day before traveling. Airplanes are cooties tubes & there's nothing worse than getting sick while traveling. I put packets in my bag so I can take 1-2 while I'm away from home. I also stay using as soon as cold symptoms appear.

Refreshing boost of energy
This is by far my favorite vitamin C brand. Whenever I need a lift in my energy level, I mix one sachet into cold water for a fizzy, delightful experience. It's not overly sweet and has a delicious fruity taste to it.

great stuff
these really work. I keep a box on hand so if I start to feel like I am getting sick I can start drink one packet a day for a week or two and the result is very mild cold or no illness at all.
