This is such a fun item and actually works quite well for roasting marshmallows! I bought some fondue forks to use with it and it was like having a mini campfire on my kitchen table! A couple of words of caution: 1. Do NOT fill it close to the top with alcohol in the house. I put less than an inch of alcohol in it and the flame was quite high! and 2. Do NOT blow your flames off your marshmallow when you are facing the fire. It will make the fire blow toward the person sitting across from you. Other than that it is perfect for an indoor tabletop fire, and would be excellent for an outdoor tabletop fire as well! I would have filled it with more alcohol had I been outdoors. Enjoy! It is well worth the money and the s'mores were amazing!!!

Works exactly as it should. Makes a lot of fire, doesn't cause any odor or flavor and uses basic rubbing alcohol which is cheap and readily available.

One of my favorite Amazon purchases! I have a nice firepit, but when it rains and I just want some ambiance on my outdoor patio, this is it! So easy to use and put away. No messy cleanups and no smoke on my clothes.

This was absolute perfect for my needs. It is small and can be used in the house or patio so you don't have to start a fire in your fire pit. Perfect for making s'mores. You could probably roast a weenie over it also but I have not tried that.
