I've been taking the Bud Female supplement for around 2 weeks now and it's been great. The formulation is very rounded & complete. I love that it has Maca root in it and I can feel the effects - my hormones feel more balanced already. The capsules are easy to swallow. The supplement smells pleasantly lemony (it is the little sachet in the jar). This is a small thing but made a huge impression on me...gone are the days of natural supplements that taste or smell funky.

I’ve been taking 2 daily for the last few weeks and I’ve seen some changes. With mentioning I do have adhd so mood changes I can’t really comment on. Since I was 13, I’ve had MAJOUR irregular periods, 3-4 a year a most, crazy cycles and random spotting etc. When I started taking them I was on month 4 of having no period at all as per just waiting for the next one to show up, and 2.5 weeks into taking these, my period has arrived, it’s slightly different than normal in colour, but I’m hoping this will help regulate my cycle, I have suspected pcos, docs don’t do nothing for irregular cycles unless you want to conceive. so I started researching came came across these. So far so good, day 2 of my period, though it’s light, but it’s better than nothing at all right. No sign of conception just yet as not really trying but also not protected so it may work for that. But if your just after something to regulate your cycles this might be the product for you! Especially those with pcos or just bad cycles! Hope this helps someone!

I had to write this review. I didnt think this was going to happen for us, as we've been trying to conceive for 7 months now, I've been monitoring my cycles, as my monthly cycles sometimes can be inconsistent. After been told I need to understand my ovulation dates, I noticed how late I was ovulating, and needed something to help regulate them. These supplements have been amazing. The first month I noticed a better cycle, and by month 2, well I have a positive pregnancy test. The best purchase I have ever made on Amazon! It has changed our lives. Thank you

This product mess up clockwork cycle:( my period came 5days early and I haven't stopped spotting since 7 days after and the only different thing I did this cycle was adding this Bud fertility to my supplements. I have stopped using it I hope my cycle goes back to normal.

I really find it effective

After nearly 3 years of trying to conceive I have tried most supplements on the market. I came across BUD following my first IVF cycle fail and started taking it straight away. I continued throughout my cycle. I'm now nearly 20 weeks pregnant. Could be coincidence but I felt as though the extra added natural ingredients such as the maca root that other multi vitamins don't have could have helped.
