CLEANSING YOUR SPACE: For a quick yet efficient cleansing of the energy in your home, sacred ritual space or healing room, place a layer of sand and then a charcoal round in a heat-proof dish. Light the charcoal round. Note: You will know that it has caught light because the disc will start to crackle a bit. Add a small-ish amount of loose incense atop the center of the disc.
