Excessive packaging unnecessary.
The scarf is beautiful and intended as a family gift. However, the packaging it arrived in was OTT.. A large cardboard box , approx 2' long with lengths of paper packing inside.. It would have been far more suitable in a small padded envelope to go through the letterbox.
