I have a slender 15 year old cocker spaniel with incontinence. I bought the small size. Using these diapers with the extra pads you can purchase to put inside work very well, they keep her dry and keep her free of any oder. I hand wash the pants and line dry them to keep them looking new. We haven't had any leaks and she doesn't mind wearing them..
