Excellent Product, highly recommended
Was looking for a desk lamp that was practical and could be adjusted, there were many choices but this looked the best and was surprisingly the best price compared with the others I had seen. First impressions the product comes well packaged and upon opening it is clear this a very high quality product. The lamp is solid and sturdy, I read other views that the base may not be adequate but this is not true. The base was heavy and kept the lamp in place ( I slightly nudged it to see if it would fall over, it didn't ). Movement was fluid and the lamp stayed in the desired place. The C clamp also works well if you want to save on desk space. The bulb holder is E27 and this is what I prefer, in my opinion all fixtures should be E27.Pros* Looks fantastic and stylish* Great Price* Very good build qualityCons* None

Good lamp once you make it smart
Not much you can really about a lamp, but I'll try...This was purchased instead a traditional lamp because of the different range of motions it can accomodate, so my main thought was that if I need more light at my desk, I could simply grab the head and pull it toward me and vice versa. Although mine arrived with a slight dent in the head, it still works perfectly. This lamp doesn't necessarily have to be mounted on a desk either - I have a shelf above my head that this could be mounted on the end of the shelf to provide light overhead. This sort of works, but you just need to make sure that it's clamped down tight otherwise it tends to slip off while grabbing and pulling. My next task was to add in a SONOFF basic to make it smart. There are easier ways to make it smart, such as connecting it into a smart plug instead, but I had the SONOFF spare and no smart plug. Just be cautious that if you're cutting into the cable, you're not only voiding your warranty, and if you don't know what you're doing it could be very dangerous. In conclusion, it's a great stylish lamp with limited motion, which looks good on my desk and can be turned on/off via a simple command to Alexa.

Stylish Desk Lamp
The Lepro Desk Lamp is a brilliant, stylish lamp that deserves a five-star rating. With its sleek design and adjustable features, it provides a good amount of light and looks stylish as I work at my desk. I particularly like the adjustability of this lamp as it allows me to direct the beam of light towards my work area.I would also like to mention that the base of the lamp is heavy enough that the whole lamp won't move if the desk is bumped or knocked. This solves the issue I was having before and has replaced my lightweight desk lamp from IKEA that I was using until now.Note that you will need to buy an E27 bulb separately as one is not included. I recommend that you buy an E27 Golf Ball style bulb as it looks and fits best.Overall, I like and recommend this lamp.

Compact angle-poise lamp - ideal for a desktop - recommended
This light serves my purpose very well. It is smaller than a traditional angle poise lamp but works well. As the shade is also slightly shallower, you may wish to buy a smaller bulb so that the bulb does not protrude from the shade. I purchased a pack (search on Amazon for ASIN B08CRTDG38 - Lepro E27 Screw Bulb, Warm White 2700K E27 LED Light Bulbs, 2.5W (25W Equivalent) Energy Saving, Non Dimmable G45 Golf Ball LED Edison Bulb, 250 Lumen. They come in various pack sizes. Around £2.28 per bulb.) The 2.5W light from the bulb is perfect for illuminating my work without glare that could be created by a brighter bulb. The lamp shade stays cold during use. The switch is a rocker-style switch and is mounted approximately 600mm (2ft) from the lamp. From the switch to the 13A plug is approximately 900mm (3ft).

A good sized lamp let down by a couple of design flaws
The lamp is a good size, and overall well made....but.....the concrete weight inside the base isn't secured and can move, so if the box is dropped during transit in a certain way, the concrete weight punches its way through the bottom of the base plastic, and breaks it, which is what had happened to mine. For me, it wasn't a big problem. I bought this to replace a lamp in whcih the bayonet lamp holder had perished over time due to the heat from an incandescent lamp. Fortunately, the design of the two is almost identical so I was able to swap out parts to make a good lamp. So, I'm lucky to have been able to fix the design weakness. Another design modification from my old lamp is the introduction of metal plates for the triangular articulation points. The old one used plastic with defined serrations. These hold the head in a more rigid position when clamped - so i swapped these also. The metal plates are smooth and cause the head to droop slowly over time (even when securely tightened). The ability today to use low power, low temperature LED bulbs should overcome the reason the old one failed! Overall, if you get a good one, it is good value for the price/quality received and it does look good on the table.

Great for the price, but with a minor drawback
As per title, this seems a great little lamp for the money: small, does the job, but has its limitations in regard to positioning etc. But there is one minor issue I have with it.I needed a bright light since it is lighting a fairly large area, so went for the 13w, which is about 100 watts in old money. The bulb is a standard 'full size', but the shade is small and the bulb extends out by an inch or so. So if the lamp is in your field of view, even on the periphery, you get this migraine-inducing glare that very quickly takes over your life and becomes unbearable, and I'm limited in where else I can put it.My fault - I should have thought about it more thoroughly - every small lamp is going to have a similar issue, but worth bearing in mind because in order to have it outside of my field of view, it needs to be over my shoulder. It's only a workshop lamp, so I might hack it up and mount it on a wall; a wall mounted one would have been the more sensible option in my case. As a bedside lamp with a small, warm light,it'll be just fine.
