I have tried one other collagen product, which was a powder you mix in. This is by far more convenient, and therefore I have been taking it more consistently. It may also be why I have seen superior results as compared to the other product. I got this mainly because, at the age of 35, I am starting to see fine lines around my mouth and forehead. I followed the advice of another customer, and I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night. This was my second order, so I have now been taking it for 2 months. I think this is something you need to take consistently to see results, but you see much bigger results than you would with any product you actually put on the skin. It makes your skin just look plumper (in a good way) and thus minimises the fine lines and wrinkles. I am not sure how it would work if you have deeper wrinkles, but my hope is that, combined with continued good diet, wearing sunscreen, and a good skincare routine, that I will slow the progression of the fine lines. I don't know that there's any evidence to support that's the case, but my n=1 experience has been good so far!
