WOWee One Classic - White/Chrome

I had known for many years that something was missing from my life but didn't quite know what it was. I had a good job, good salary, nice car, nice house and great friends and family but that final piece of the jigsaw was missing.That was until one day a friend popped out his Wowee, plugged it into his phone and this amazing sound started coming out of it. And it was at this point that I immediately realised this is what had been missing from my life 'wowee music'.As if things couldn't get any better, he then started placing his wowee on different surfaces and the sound just got better and better. The bass sound was frankly to awesome to describe in words. To be honest, doors and windows were the best...but then a tabletop or wardrobe were equally as good. There is no way to detail the feel of the wowee or how is sound output compares with others without actually hearing it...suffice to say you will never have heard anything like it before in your life!I knew that no matter what I had to go out and get my very own wowee so that my life would be complete and I wouldn't simply have to wait on each those opportunities to have a little go on my friends.Since taking the decision to purchase my own wowed off Amazon I have never looked back. It arrived within a matter of days and amazingly came with a charge which meant I was able to start using it right out the box.I have now taken the role of my friend and have shown it to other friends only for them to be as wowed as I was when I had my first wowee experience. They too were in a position where their lives were incomplete and had been looking for that find piece as well. And it was clear that the Wowee was filling this gap on every occasion. The same thing happened with them when I showed them my wowee - they simply had to go out and get their own.So I guess, the wowee is a bit of a viral purchase (not sure that's legal - but it just seems to work that way).Therefore in conclusion, go out there and purchase the aforementioned wowee...complete your life and fit that final piece of the puzzle into the right place in your jigsaw of life. Once you have it go out and show it to as many friends as you can and help spread the gospel according to wowee music. You'll never regret it.

Amazing little gadget. But itself it is an ordinary speaker, however as soon as you touch the gel to a surface, the sound changes dramatically! It effectively turns any surface you rest it on into a speaker! My favourite objects are boxes, chairs, tables - anything with a hollow underside!

My friend had one and it broke as the speaker plastic pierced the speaker.I got one as it was good until his broke. However mine broke as it didnt work from the beginning. It would only play when plugged to a source of electricity. I therefore got a refund as it wasnt worth the money I spent

I have owned my Wowee for a year or so and really like it. I am so suprised that they are not more popular. I have use mine alot travelling with MP3 players and laptops and eventually I got rid of my home PC speakers and now use my Wowee instead. The bass is great, in fact the bass is unbelievably loud for the size (sometime you can ALMOST feel it in your chest!), although it is a shame that the midrange and treble can't really match the quality of the bass output - but if you aware of that limitation from the start - you may find that this is a great product that allows you to get big powerfull sound from a box that is only a four or five inches long. All you need to do is find a flat surface such as a formica or glass table top, stick on the Wowee, and off you go! Even surfaces that are not perfectly flat can be stuck to and still generate a pretty decent bassline. Also, try and get the hard case if you can afford it, as as it offers really good protection and helps alot when travelling...

After having several small speakers in the past that left a lot to be desired I wanted a small speaker that I could use with an iPod, iPad, iPhone and Laptop which also gives a reasonable amount of base.This Wowee ONE Classic does the job better than any small speaker I have tried in the past. Obviously your never going to get the superior sound quality of something like Bose from such a small unit but once attached to a good, flat surface the base and sound quality will be acceptable for most people. There is no volume control on the unit so the volume is controlled via the iPod, iPhone etc., I found that to get a good quality output changing the EQ on the iPod to Small Speakers was best. I've used the unit at an outdoors BBQ and having the iPod at 3/4 volume was sufficient for everyone to hear. Charging time was a little less than 4 hours and having used it for over 6 hours straight it showed no signs of fading out (the manufacturer say the unit can play for 20 hours on a full charge). The unit can also be used on a laptop while charging for the laptop's USB port.The build of the Wowee ONE Classic is OK but could be better, the plastic seems a little fragile so I have invested in a Wowee ONE hard case to protect it while in a bag etc.If you're looking for a small, reasonably priced speaker that will give acceptable sound quality and base the this unit is for you.

This is a first class product and for the price an absolute steal. I can now have music anywhere in the house without unplugging and moving my speakers for my MP3 .Also very useful for holidays. The company were also terrific as it arrived without the charging cable. A quick E Mail and it was in the post and received the next day. First class service!

This is, by far, one of the best gadgets out there! It works well on most surfaces, but you will get a better sound on a table top or empty box of some form. The sound quality is great considering the size of it!

Ottimo amplificatore. Si adatta alla maggior parte dei riproduttori senza problemi. La purezza del suono ne fa un ottimo stereo portatile.

Posez le sur un surface adéquate et vous tremblerez !Trêve de plaisanterie, bonne autonomie, produit facilement transportable avec une bonne qualité de son !Si vous aimez de bonnes basses (toujours en fonction du support) et un son de qualité, je recommande.

Dieses Gerät nutzt andere Gegenstände als Resonanzkörper. Vor allem die Bässe klingen beeindruckend. Ich habe diesen Lautsprecher meinem Mann geschenkt- er war begeistert.... auch Freunde (vor allem männliche :) waren begeistert davon. Es wurde jeder Kasten, Fenster, Karton,.... etc ausprobiert.Besonders gut (neben dem Sound) finde ich, dass das Gerät keine Batterien benötigt, sondern von der Musikquelle gespeist wird.Es ist etwa so groß wie ein Handy, jedoch dicker. Genial zum Mitnehmen in den Urlaub - vor allem wenn man ein Iphone, Ipod, Mp3player oder ähnliches besitzt.Kann diesen Lautsprecher nur weiterempfehlen.

il est petit mais tres efficace.le petit moins: il faut le charger et d'autre part, il y a un rendu different selon la surface sur lequel il est posé... mais c'est un tres bon produit que je recommande.
