Gamsy® Luxury Genuine Leather Wallet Stand Folio Case with Card Slot for Apple iPhone 5/5S High Quality

I bought this item to use when I wanted to travel light - couple of credit cards, few banknotes and a phone for everything else. For the price, it looks like it will work well. Whether or not it's leather, I don't know, difficult to tell. Personally, I wouldn't use the stand function, it makes the case bend and it's not very secure (hence 4 stars). If you're the clumsy type who likes to jam things in, you might break the plastic phone slot. If, like me, you take a bit of care, the phone slips in and out easily enough and is held securely. All in all, good value for money, nice colours, does the job. Recommended.

This is a good case, the only problem I found was that when you opened the cover (its a sideways opener) it gets in the way of answering and talking on the phone it would have been better if the case had opened in the vertical rather than horizontal, also there are only 2 card slots and only enable one card in each. That all said the quality and strength are quite good and its worth the price (wonder if I dare bend the cover back on itself.. or will it break?) I may just try the latter and let you know.

Nice case aestheticallyMoulded form holds my phone tightly in place, the volume keys become a little recessed, not so much the sleep wake.It is leather, tho quite thin hence people suggesting its plastic, i didnt find this to be a worry for durability as i only brought this as a stop gap while waiting for my premium tuff-luv case to arrive, but actually will keep it and away them about now and again.Next to my £59 case, which arrived today you can see the quality difference, but in practice and use its perfectly fine. Also, the premium case makes the whole package wider taller and much thicker. No doubt better for protection, but when Apple do so much work slimming their devices ddown it seems a shame to bulk them up too much, which is where i prefer this case over the premium..I have an iPhone 6 as well as a 6 + and ordered this case for my much less used iPhone 6, which i will happily keep on my phone.

Bought for my wife, who is very impressed. This leather wallet case looks and feels well made and attractive. For me, the irritation of folding back the front cover when making a call would be too irritating, but she finds it fine and that the all-round protection is valuable as it means the phone can be slipped in a handbag with all kinds of abrasive items without risking the screen. Goes on a dock fine while still in the case - and in the case of the light blue version certainly has an attractive appearance.

Lovely yellow colour.Good value for money, pretty cheap!!Credit card sticking bit coming away slightly after a few months use but I use it as a purse quite a lot when commuting so for the price doing pretty well.4 months of daily use I have had to bin it. The plastic bits which hold the phone have broken so the phone slips out so no use. I completely confess that they have gradually broken off bit by bit due to me dropping my phone regularly. However I don't really think it's excessive and would have hoped the plastic would have withstood this a bit better. My last one (can't remember where I got it) lasted well over a year before the same thing happened. If you drop your phone regularly (several times a week) then maybe this isn't for you. A shame as the lovely leather outer cover was immaculate.

Great little wallet / phone case. Fantastic price! I paid under £3 for this phone case and am very happy with it as it has enough room for a couple of cards and enough room for some notes in the pocket behind the cards. I've had it about a week and it looks as if it may last a while. Really... I can't believe the price for the quality. Nice one!

Pleasantly surprised by how nice this case is, I ordered it for my work phone and have now ordered another for my personal phone. The casing the phone sits in is rubber so it is easy to take off which can be difficult with some cases

Update: Less than 24 hours later and I'm very happy to report that I've been given a full refund (including postage) and told I needn't bother returning the item. As I have also discovered that the SE fits in the 5c case I don't have to find another so that all ends as well as it could.I bought one of these cases last year for my iPhone 5c and have been really pleased with it, so I thought I'd get another for my new SE. However, the case that has arrived is vastly different from both my previous case and from the photos on here. The old case may not be genuine leather, I'm not sure, but it certainly feels like leather and behaves like leather in the way it has worn. The new case feels plasticky and even brand new already has a dent in the from from the magnetic closure. The interior is not the soft brown finish shown in the photo (and on my previous case) but the same as the outside. The clip which holds the phone in the case actually goes all the way round the phone with an individual hole for each button, rather than having the open bottom and top shown in the photos (and again on my case from last year). I've had a case with that kind of clip before and didn't find it very easy to use the phone in it, so deliberately chose this one because of the open ends and long open hole at the side.In addition, the 3 holes in the front top of the case are obviously just a cosmetic issue but I don't like them and they're not in the photos so that was another disappointment.I've already put in to return this case as it's not what was advertised and not what I ordered. There are various different sellers on this item page, depending on what colour etc you choose, I don't know if it's just the particular seller this time but to be honest I wouldn't take the risk.
