First thing I noticed was how carefully packed it was . I could see that they REALLY care about their product. Then when opening the box it got even better. The bracelet is well made, great quality and beautiful design. I only wish that there was a choice of size since my son’s wrist is a little too skinny for the one size fits all deal with this, but It’s so nice and elegant that I’m willing to pay a little extra to have it shortened to the right size which is 7.5 inches instead of the 8.5 of the original and ONLY size available. Other than that, I’m completely satisfied. Oh, almost forgot to mention the card with the nice poem that comes inside the box. If you are thinking about buying one and have read some of the reviews taking about how difficult it is to open it, I have included a pic of how to, that I found while going through the different choices, so a BIG THANK YOU to whoever took the time to show us ( the visual oriented people) that it’s not so difficult after all 😎

Perfect gift for my sons. I love them.

I purchased this for my son when my mother passed away. When I received it, the bracelet was perfect and exactly what I wanted him to have from her. The only thing is the little card that came with. It was the card titled “For my Son” and I had ordered “For my Grandson”. I emailed the company and asked if they could just send a replacement card instead they sent a whole new bracelet with the correct card. That is an example of excellent customer service. Thank you so much.

I really loved the way it was made. They went on easy and the tie strings were easy to pull together to kitchen on the wrist.

This is the perfect gift for your son. My son loved it and the words are so sweet and sincere. the fit was also perfect for a size 8-8 1/2 wrist.I'm writing another review because the bracelet band came apart on the one side of the metal band. My son and I are very disappointed.
