Great book for vegetarian
This book is easy to read and to understands, give us some options on what to use in our cooking. What is good to eat, what is healthy and hopefully we get what our body needs a balanced diet. Thank you

good book, but needs some knowledge of cooking principles that i dont have, that said i would still recommend it

Authentic recipes & wisdom
The book is full of authentic recipes, which I appreciate and it was also the reason for buying the book, the only thing is that there are ingredients necessary that I don’t know where to buy + I like cookbooks with more photos. I also appreciate the commentary full of kind words and explanations.

Love the recipes and the inspirations
THe book arrived with a hand written note. , Absolutely delightful! I keep readng it but not succeeding in finding some of the ingredients as yet ( In UK, in lockdown) but I cant wait to try some of these recipes. As someone who does not even enjoy or like recpipe books....this is different. Sadhguru is a legend. ! If every book was delivered with such care and attention - - -everyone would be reading real books! Siún

Excellent healthy food from Isha
Very well written and beautifully informative on tasty and healthy vegetarian food that is cooked at the Isha Yoga Centre near Coimbatore.

Recipe book
Didn't realise it is above all a recipe book. Recipes look great, though not many ingredients available where I live.

Kind of advertisment for Isha foundation and it’s okay, but the Guru is in the center, which is a bit strange. Recepies are ok.
