Applaws 100% Natural Wet Cat Food, Ocean Fish In Broth, 70 g Tin (Pack of 24)

I am officially a mad cat lady! I have 10 cats….yes 10 of the little fluffies! Giving them a good diet is important in various aspects as a poor diet can lead to health issues down the line. I have tried other, cheaper foods such as Felix and whiskers which they will eat, however it lacks the nutrients and hardly contains real meat. I would also find that they became jelly lickers and the ‘meat’ would be left to fester in the bowl like a 2 day old McDonald’s burger. The Applaws food is a hit in all ways with my cats. It contains high meat quality and is soft on their digestive system. It’s easy to plate up and it’s very rare there are any leftovers. Even though this might be a more expensive option than a cheaper brand, there is zero waste so in my logic, this is worth the money for taste and health. You will also find that your cat is satisfied for longer! I would 100% recommend this cat food and has many flavours available for variation.

As the owner of a cat that has significant food allergies that cause illness if she eats even a small quantity of ‘forbidden’ food, I had to gain an understanding of cat food in super-quick time. I learnt that a headline ingredient in many cat foods, such as ‘cod’ could mean that as little as maybe 4% of the content was cod and the rest could be from any source whatsoever - meat/fish and animal derivatives is something to avoid as much as possible. Applaws cat food is great for any cat with food allergies as the ingredients are pretty much all listed; I remain slightly suspicious of ‘fish broth’, but was reassured this was just the cooking water for the tin in question and didn’t have any other unknown sources of fish. My cat, who isn’t allergic to any fish, loves these tins and finishes the lot and does not suffer any of the effects we saw when she had eaten something she shouldn’t. If you have a cat that may have allergies or has been tested and you have a list of what to avoid, these tins are definitely worth trying. There isn’t anything hidden and not specified on the ingredient list so, check that and you should be fine, as should your cat.

Our Birman who is omost 18 loves the fish better than anything. She shouts for it. It comes in small tins but she does not have a big appetite. It is not cheap but there is no waste. she eats it all. We have been feeding her this for the last year. When she went for her annual check up the vet was pleased and somewhat surprised that she had put on a little weight. She seems to be doing very well on it plus a few renal biscuits.

The cat eats this in preferrence to some other products. He still prefers straight tuna in spring water, but that's an occasional treat. The fish mix smells ok. My cat doesn't eat the small quantity of rice that this contains, but he is a fussy eater. The neighbour's cat wandered into the kitchen, for the first time in years, when this was in the food bowl!

I normally raw feed but keep back up food for if a friend babysits. The boys love these applause flavours. I also got them on special offer which made them very affordable

Très bien, mon chat adore, mais hélas c'est devenu trop cher maintenant.

Normalmente compro éstas latas de ésta marca cuando estan disponibles y hay oferta porque son geniales y vienen muchas latas. Tengo una gata y se las come de maravilla, le gustan mucho, y a mi también (podéis ver en la foto como son). Son ingredientes naturales y no llevan nada de subproductos de origen animal ni cereales, nada que ver con las latas de supermercado ni de algunas otras marcas mas famosas que te piensas que son de buena calidad y luego miras los ingredientes y alli es cuando te llevas la sorpresa. Siempre hay que mirar los ingredientes.

Ma cosa volete che vi dica sul sapore? Provate voi ad assaggiarlo!! Il mio gatto ne va matto, prezzo onesto che non ha subito rincari assurdi, come altri marchi di pari qualità.
