Updated review: after months of use I must say this is a great product. Just make sure you wash and rinse immediately after use; there again, I don't have a dishwasher. My original review: I use this to make creamy foamed milk for my coffee. I did use a Bodum Latteo frother but it's mostly a glass jug and that broke: you have to replace the whole thing and it's expensive. This frother is much cheaper and the jug is plastic so it's pretty much 'unbreakable'. Also it's a lot smaller than the Latteo but adequate for two cups. It works very well, making super-creamy warmed milk. But I use whole milk so can't speak for other kinds of milk and milk-like products. I have two 'pro tips': > Before pouring the foam, hold down the lid and pull the fine mesh plunger up from the milk and spin it with finger and thumb on the spindle to fling off any loose foam. > After use immediately rinse in warm water maybe with a spot of detergent to dissolve any fat. The lid seals pretty well so pump the plunger then shake it up to rinse inside the lid. Construction is pretty lightweight but it's all very strong bounceable plastic. All in all it's compact, strong, efficient, easy to use and to my eyes attractive.

As other reviewers have said, this inexpensive milk frother makes the most excellent frothy milk for coffee at home. I don't have a fancy coffee machine, preferring to brew coffee in a drip cup or Moka press. Heat the milk for one minute in microwave, then pump the frother - easy peasy! I hold the lid down to avoid milk spray when doing this. Very easy to clean by hand, or top shelf of dishwasher. Plastic lid does need careful handling, as others have noted it's not the sturdiest. However, for the money, this does an excellent job - thick, creamy, foamy milk.

If you're looking for something simple, BPA-free, this is a solid choice — just don’t expect premium build quality. Great value for the price!

Absolutely brilliant! Bought this to replace my Nespresso milk frother that stopped working. This is so much better, works well with skimmed, semi and full fat milk, as well as with oat milk and other non dairy milks, easy to clean, and reassuringly manual :)

This is great, it is easy to use, froths perfectly and does not break like the glass ones do. I am adding this a few months after purchase. The jug is still great, very sturdy in fact, sadly the plunger or frother part is falling to bits and I have had to superglue it for the third time. I would be very happy to buy this part separately if the company would make it available on Amazon as I think the jug will last forever and I do not like waste.

I have had about 5 of these. True they work well , but the top piece keeps breaking . I m very careful when I wash it ,but the plastic top is so fragile . Am keeping the jug part . But ,sorry I will try somewhere else for another frother

Really pleased with this handy little milk frother. Very easy to use, effective and very easy to clean. Bought one for me and another for son in law. Goes in microwave 👍.Holds approximately 200mls

Bought this to replace my glass Bodum one after I cracked it when I knocked it taking it out of the microwave. this Frother is even better than the Bodum one in frothing no idea why, and is half the price and more robust in clumsy hands, because it's plastic rather than glass. Also much easier to clean than electric frothers, by either sticking it in dishwasher or handwasing. I would definitely recommend it.

Tenía que dejar una reseña sobre esto, de verdad. A mí me encanta la espuma en la leche del café, tomo mucho cappuccino y caffè latte, y siempre he tenido espumadores eléctricos, tanto de mano como de enchufar. Llegué a este espumador de casualidad, no conocía los de este tipo, y es UNA PASADA. Calientas la leche en el micro lo que quieras, le metes unos viajes al émbolo con energía y en 20 segundos tienes una espuma maravillosa. De verdad, merece la pena muchísimo.
