Unfortunately I cannot recommended this one as when I was trying to use it on standard leisure battery they're too narrow to fit so I end up with another product

Worked really well on my Lotus but only because the battery cable has a crimped terminal on it. Any car with a circular battery clamp will struggle because the isolator is tapered.

Alright, so they do work.I had a power draining issue on my daily car so I put one of these guys on it to make disconnecting the battery easier until I fixed the problem. After a couple of months the connections had gotten corroded and some mornings wouldn't deliver enough power to start my car. This started happening more and more often which got extremely irritating. I attempted to wire brush it and lubed it up but nothing would help. Thankfully I figured out the draining issue so could get rid of it.The other one I put on a track car which wasn't getting much use as it was winter. After a couple of months when trying to take the unit off the battery terminal it simply cracked clean in two.Really can't recommend these...

Works well as new, but time will tell how long the insulation material will last.

Very good for the price, there are better more sturdy ones available but they cost twice as much, these will do the job quite well

I used this to keep a car battery alive over the winter. Once installed onto your negative terminal it's extremely easy to connect or disconnect a battery. This is great for classic cars you may have stored away for the winter, although not if you have a tracker/alarm that you want to keep going. I must have started my car maybe two times through the winter and it started right up in the spring
