I gave this gift to someone for Christmas and found that when they opened it, the black text on the top of the frame had started peeling off. Obviously this is not meant to happen and will be returning the product if possible. The rest of the product was in good condition and looked nice.

The frame is very lovely and good quality, although it came with some damage, the black insert colour was coming of, I like it more without it. It looks better that way. But if you prefer with the black colour, as I can see it will come of each time you wipe the frame, if you’re not very careful.

The writing had half flaked off when I opened it and the rest came away when I touched it. The frame itself seems ok.

it is damaged i gave to my daughter for my grand daughter who was born a few days ago. Very upset
