Tolle Kombination aus Wärme und Vibration! Nicht vergleichbar mit EMS-Geräten, da andere Funktion und Grundlage. Das Gerät hat die Erwartungen erfüllt 👍

Great design, lacking QC, mostly frustrating experience
I am a fan of Hyperice! I have the Hypervolt Plus, and recently purchased the newest Hypervolt 2 Pro. That will be a totally differnt review than this.I purchased the Venom GO mostly because I like the idea of targeted relief that can support all of my family members with recovering from various bumps and bruise from the activities of daily living.Initially, like all their products, the packaging is on point, very secure, and nicely styled. After opening, and sorting through the QS Guide, and downloading the manual - and registering the product - which didn't take as long as the initial 3 hour charge needed to use it. Once it was ready to go, I tore open a pad - connected as instructed and NOTHING. didn't work - so I went through the paces again - and still no go. I found a thread saying that sometimes the pads are DOA - so I tore open another - still nothing. reached ot to Hyperice CS - the troubleshooting did nothing but teach me that the pads are mostly junk. You get three that are supposed to last for 20+ bouts of use, I ordered an additional "go pack" so that I'd have a case and extra pads so I would have to worry about it later. Well, it wasn't until I tore into the extra pack that I got one that worked. SO, if a person only used what came with the product, I imagine some very unhappy experiences. So, I know those can be replaced, and not too expensive - so let's get on with the function... okay, the heat this little device puts out is pretty impressive... however, the "massage" feature is total cheese. I don't see how it could have ANY therapuetic effect at all. I wasn't expecting the percussion like power of the Hypervolt, but should feel more potent than my 1990's Motorola pager. Very underwhelmed with that feature.Overall, for the price point - this product doesn't meet my expectations - bad QC on the pads, a massage feature that is pretty much pointless, and a good bit of time wasted on a product I really wanted to love. I am hoping future itterations are better... and cheaper.

Great product that stopped holding charge less than a month after purchased.
I suffer from SC joint issues and purchased this as a supplement to my rehab. What started as a great product for a few weeks of use off and on, turned into the device providing battery failure warning less than 1 month after purchase. I followed the online FAQ of resetting the factory settings, firmware updates etc and the device still barely works.Contacted support which sent me a generic email asking me if I was aware that the device stops after 10mins of use (no shit) and a huge list of things that I had already done and explained in my email. I included images of the failure warnings and proof of purchase which clearly weren't read and I received the automated 'try these first' email instead of any real support. Still in the process of resolving this with their support team and will update my review accordingly.Update: After plenty of back and forth a replacement venom go was sent and is currently functioning. Hopefully this one will last longer, overall customer support was good.

Short battery life
I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and purchased one, then another when I realized how short the battery life was. I needed another to have ready when the first one died. I was surprised that after fully charged one lasted less than 30 minutes. I tried it again after more charging sessions to see if it got better; it seemed to get a little better. One lasted maybe 45 minutes before dying. It does feel good and helps tight muscles for a short period before having to recharge.
