Can both DVDs be done totally seated?

Great question. As with most of our DVDs, there are 2 people standing and 1 person sitting doing the modified version of all of the exercises so you can choose which to follow.

I have an apple lap top. I have downloaded the dvd to my laptop but I can't open them. Why?

Great Workout Video

I have only been using this video for 5 workouts. I am a senior (82) and find the exercise not difficult but definitely not easy. Too early to see much improvement but I do notice a difference in some areas. Hoping for a trimmer waistline, we'll see.

Motivating Workouts!

I am so glad that I purchased these DVDs. They are helping me get back in shape safely. Curtis Adams is a motivating instructor who explains the movements and makes them fun! He and his team are easy to follow and I feel I will be able to stick with them. I look forward to these exercises. The chair and low impact workouts are easier on my knees and back and I feel that I am getting a full body workout. I appreciate that the exercises can be modified for those who may have physical limitations. I feel great after doing them. I have been participating for only two weeks and I already feel my fitness level improving. I highly recommend these workouts. Thank you, Curtis!

It was exercises that I could do. I could either stand up or follow the girl sitting down.

It was great. Especially the exercises on balance. I have my foot operated on a few months ago and that really helps.
