Odor Remover Spray
I've got a few strays living in my neighborhood and they love marking on everything which of course smells pretty bad. I sprayed down the area that smelled and it smells way better now - and the scent didn't come back, so it looks like the spray works. (or should I say it smells like the spray works?) There's a bit of a "clean" smell that comes from the product itself when it's applied, but that smell dissipates within a day or so. I also had the opportunity to spray it inside when one of my cats decided to go outside the box, same story there but of course since it's indoors the smell is a bit more concentrated. And, of course, the spray only neutralizes the source of the smell, so if the air already smells bad the quick fix is to open the window and bring in some fresh air, maybe turn on a fan. Without the spray the smell came back, but after spraying and airing out the room for a few hours, everything was fine. I was also happy not to have to use bleach which has been my go-to for cat smells previously.I didn't have the original 44oz spray bottles that it was supposed to refill so I picked up a graduated spray bottle from a local hardware store, added the mix, and filled the spray bottle to 44oz.

Ultra Stain & Odor Remover Concentrate Refills – 2 pack makes 2 full spray bottles (44 oz.)
Just moved back in December and need some stuff fixed/updated in the house. One being the flooring, previous owner had cats and quite a few of them luckily the house does not smell like cats(iykyk) however our dogs they can smell where past accidents have been. We plan to rip and redo flooring but until spring we stuck with the flooring..anyways, I have one dog whom can be territorial and they go out often but he will save some to mark and has marked the flooring so needed something for the carpet to “save” it. Have a carpet shampooer and all that jazz but luckily with this stuff i do not need to bust that 30lb devil every single time. Just a hassle. This works and also worked well when one of the dogs in the middle of the night puked once. Joys of animals lol i love them but goodness. This is a good thing to have in your pet arsenal. I have also gone over some really old areas where i assume last owners cats have gone and seemed to do well because the dogs showed no interest in that area. Accidents happen and happy this worked as well as it has.

Odor is gone
This works and smells good. You get two small bottles of concentrate which makes two full spray bottles. It eliminates the odor, it doesn’t just cover it up. I have a small dog and two cats, and if an accident happens I need it to be 100% cleaned and gone so that it doesn’t start a contest if you know what I mean. I’ve already had to try this out and it works. The dog had a little pee accident, and I cleaned the carpet but wasn’t sure if I could still smell it, so I sprayed it with this and now next day it’s clean and dry and I don’t smell anything but a fresh clean scent, and it didn’t leave the carpet sticky.

works well for cleaning litter box
I am fortunate that my cats don't pee on inappropriate things (knock on wood, I just know I'm jinxing myself by saying this) but their litter boxes definitely get funky after a month or so and sometimes normal cleaning products don't cut it, where as soon as they get wet the smell comes back. I mixed this up in the ratio described on the container and used it to clean the litter boxes -- managed to clean all four and still have over half a bottle of spray left. I haven't noticed any fermented offensive odors coming back around, so I'm very pleased! The smell of this product is fine, not something I'd actively want as a perfume or anything but it's not unpleasant, and my cats aren't bothered by it either.
