Picked this up because we were getting a rash of punctures from nails and screws. Jump starting is the bonus feature for us.The compressor is very nice. Like all small compressors it is a bit noisy but the gauge is stable (in spite of the vibrations while running) and accurate so you can let it fill the tire and just watch the gauge. I compared the pressure reading against two digital gauges and they all read the same. This was in the 36-40psi range. Can't speak to readings above that. The only suggestion I would have to improve this aspect of the product would be to put the PSI gauge on top of the unit as it will be on the pavement when filling a tire, not on a shelf at eye level. If the ground isn't level the unit will vibrate away like one of those old football game players.My first one didn't have any output on the jumper cables when I tried them. Tested with a meter. Contacted the seller via Amazon messaging and they answered all my questions and provided personalized troubleshooting tips. Still didnt get any voltage at the jumper leads so they FedEx'd a replacement. Truly impressive and couldn't ask for better support.The replacement worked great as a jumper. I did note that while the instructions say that the "cable connection polarity" indicator will illuminate green if the cables are properly connected, nothing illuminated. The annotated diagram on page 2 does not show a "cable connection polarity" indicator so maybe the indicator is on another model.Once connected, you turn the On/Off main switch knob and power flows with no sparks or any other excitement.The unit stores all the accessories including the manual. When using it as a compressor, I open both side storage doors to maximize cooling airflow. Heat destroys equipment and batteries so seems like a reasonable precaution.While not cute and sexy like the little Lithium Ion jumper backs, the robustness of a sealed lead battery and the compressor in a nice, tidy and easy to store and move package makes the POTEK JS87-UL a great little unit.

I bought this product under another name but they look the same so I assume it’s the same company. It works better than any jump starter or air compressor I’ve owned before. Highly recommend!

I like the charger. I wish the battery indicator would only show both the green LEDs when the battery is fully charged, and not show the red and orange LEDs. It's a bit confusing. I like the storage compartment for the charger, and it charged up pretty quickly.The other storage compartment is for the air compressor. I didn't need to use that part, so it wasn't tested. I started my V8 engine with it twice before I recharged the Starter. I still had green lights, but another indicator showed that it was not completely charged. It's not too heavy, and it's about the size of a large lunch pale. The cords could be about (2cm) inch longer, but they attach securely to the unit, making it easy to store in the car's trunk.I wish it had a battery condition, tester built into it, or a model with one in it. My 18-month-old battery had a defective cell that caused me to keep charging the battery. I bought an FOXWELL Car Battery Tester Analyzer; they are very small and it advised that the battery needed to be replaced. AAA replaced the battery for free.

My air compressor broke after 4 uses, Support doesn't answer calls. The phone number doesn't work. However they did answer my email & responded by sending a new compressor immediately....no questions asked. The new product arrived within a week. They stand behind their product, if you can get them via email.

This was a gift for my husband who isn't easily impressed with gadgets or fussy cheaply-made tools. He has used this item on our snow plow truck, snow mobiles and probably other toys that I don't even know we have. He swears by it's usefulness and performance claiming he'll never be without one, again. It lives in his company truck, now. I'm not sure if there's an unhealthy attachment forming or not but he insists this item is totally the bees knees.Ladies: if you need a great gift for the guy who has too much of everything, here you are..not "gadget-y". Straightforward, gets the job done in short order, charges a cold weather-dead battery ultra quick whether it's plugged into an electrical socket or on it's own battery power. Follow the accompanying directions and charge the on board battery for 24 hrs before first use.

I barely ever write positive reviews on Amazon, but this thing is way better than i expected. It actually does what it's designed to do, and you can tell somebody has actually thought about the design. I've used it to jump my car three times now, and a friend's car one other time, and it always works perfectly. Not only that, but the air compressor has saved me once as well!The compartments for storing cables and tubes are perfectly sized and make it really easy to transport, the indicators and work light are super helpful, and it holds a charge for months even when subjected to major temperature swings. I haven't quite had it a year, so i can't say it'll hold up forever, but so far I've gotten a lot of use from it. I definitely recommend this product.

I used this straight out of the shipping box on a car battery that was dead for 4 months and it started it up within a matter of seconds. I feel relieved to know that I have a back up with me at all times, don't need someone else wirh a vehicle to help and I can be assistance to others when needed. So glad I made this purchase. Haven't Haven't had to use the air compressor yet but expect it to be just as reliable.

Update - It has lost the full charge. 12/31/2023I purchased 1 of these and it died within 3 months. I was sent another and I used it about 6 times in 2 years to inflate tires and it worked great. I went to use it this weekend and there was not charge. I fully charged it and then unplugged it from wall and the test light was 1 less than full. Today it is 2 less then full. I'm very disappointed since this is such an important tool incase you have a flat or need to jump you car. As a single older woman I really need for this to be reliable.
