Oak Meditation bench

Great bench for kneeling during meditation or prayer. I like everything about this bench. It is beautiful, robust and well made! The only downside to how well it is made is that it is fairly heavy as it is made from solid and thick piece of oak wood and therefore is less suitable to be used when travelling. I would love a light, maybe pine version of this stool to be also available so I can buy an extra one to take with me whenever I am away.

I have had this bench for 3 years and used it quite often. It's comfortable, the edges are rounded and you can adjust the height with a pillow underneath. I do not put any pillow on top of the meditation bench because it's very comfortable. It also looks really nice. You can easily fit it in your luggage/backpack. Really happy to have purchased it.

Disclaimer: I received the stool and not the bench. This being said, the stool is super amazing. The difference between the stool and the bench is that the latter has curves at the bottom to rock into a comfortable position. However I found no issue with the stool. Seller was immediately apologetic, and I really sought no return :)Recommend to check the website and see which is the best stool height for you.I suffer from a bad back, which many times presented problems when sitting in lotus for a long time. This stool solves the problem pronto :) I can sit on it for a very long time without any back pain. Moreover it folds beautifully, so, together with the cushion, it's also possible to use it as a meditation cushion to sit lotus on. Without the cushion it's so portable! To me, this is a valuable addition to any meditation. You won't regret it :)

Look no further, this bench is absolutely amazing, comfortable, perfect height (I'm 166 cm), great to rock into position, beautifully crafted, has a super special oak smell, being foldable is extremely advantageous, rounded endings as not to cut blood circulationand and last but not least, Michael is a great seller, will help you with any doubts and also can customise it for you, if for example, you need a different height if you are super tall. Quality, good price and amazing meditation sessions, what else can you ask for!

Excellent customer service, I needed the small version of this. Well made quality item and we have used it with legs folded and as small stool, I also use it to support yoga for my rigid I don’t want to bend body.This stops the kids from jumping around on it as the legs fold if they wriggle too much - didn’t expect this stool to actually encourage them to be still and calm. Brilliant. They also tend to rock slightly on it as the base of the legs are rounded.Makes you sit in a good position reducing neck/back pain.

This bench is great! I was having knee pains from meditation and this bench gives me no pain. After asking if I would be too tall for the bench, I was told I was however they offered me a free customized bench. Seems like it will last a very long time.

My wife is a reception class teacher and spends a lot of time sitting at the same level as the children in her class. She was finding this was putting a strain on her knees and so was looking for something to help relieve the strain. After some searching on the web she came across this simple bench and has found it a extremely effective. It's easy to use and folds flat when she isn't using it so it doesn't get in the way when she isn't using it.
