Only complaint, the shaft isn’t tapered. No bit deal but I’m a bit anal.

I'll get to the PROS first. As mentioned in my headline "Sturdy-Solid-Balanced-Light" This is a 1" cane from bottom of handle to tip so Sturdy as sturdy can be with no give whatsoever even under full body weight.The handle is very comfortable and natural when adjusted for height, the handle is integrated into the design of the cane so there is no fear of separation or sloppiness over time.Being raised in quality woodwork I can say the cane is solid, wood, smooth, sturdy, well built, and no doubt strong. The construction is cross-laminated consisting of a minimum of 19 strips (for those who don't know, cross-lamination is used to make wood products much stronger than just a single solid board and will not warp like a single piece of wood will). I really went over this cane with a "fine tooth comb" and can not find a single flaw in the manufacturing process. To add, the cross-lamination continues from the tip all the way through the length of the entire handle which has just enough of a crook in it to hang on a doorknob or table.. No nails or screws whatsoever.This cane is without doubt built to last a lifetime and will continues to be a straight as the day it was delivered.Now to my ONLY CON: The final finish is a little less than what is fitting a cane of this quality, It seems to be "brittle" to scuffs and nicks. I purchased the "yellow" because I prefer a more natural look which is also why I can describe the manufacturing process in more detail. In time I will probably sand this down and put a better finish on it, probably a Fruitwood stain with a hand rubbed finish but the factory finish is not enough of an issue to keep me from purchasing again if this one gets lost for whatever reason. And it would have to be lost because I doubt this cane would break even under extreme usage or conditions.I would recommend this cane to large frame or heavy people just as much as I would to smaller frame or frail people because you just can't beat the combination strength and light weight. Buy with confidence.

I use it for walking. The cane was too tall, too bulky, looked more appropriate for a man.

Well, I have to say, the CIYSHO Wooden Walking Cane is a real game-changer for me. I used to walk around like a regular ol' human being, but now I feel like I'm on my way to a fancy ball or a secret society meeting or something.The 36-inch one-piece wood design is solid and sturdy, and the rubber tip gives me some added stability, which is a plus. And let me tell you, I've never felt more distinguished while taking a leisurely stroll through the park.The only downside is that people keep mistaking me for Gandalf or Dumbledore. Don't get me wrong, those are two of my favorite wizards, but I'm just a regular person trying to get some exercise here!Overall, I highly recommend the CIYSHO Wooden Walking Cane for anyone looking to add a touch of elegance and whimsy to their daily routine. Just be prepared for the wizard comparisons to come rolling in.
