I purchased this product in August of 2022 as I wanted to upgrade from a previous set of bands. I came across this set and bought it because it had the best value to me.You get 6 bands with a variety of resistance levels. This range should be more than enough for the average user. You have bands that are perfect for warming up or rehab. Bands that work in tandem w your calisthenics training or as alternatives to your traditional strength training tools. There is a band for almost everyone.The previous bands I owned all had a weird odor that was noticeable upon opening the package. These bands have no such odor and are fairly durable. Over time I did manage to snap a couple of bands. But thats where Eackrola's customer service comes in.I reached out to the company via email and after some correspondence, Eackrola rushed out a fresh set of bands. Good customer service seems hard to find this day and age. I have to be fair and give them their proper due in this regard.Overall, these bands are a great value for people of different experience levels. Solid quality at an affordable price. So if you are starting out with band training and need some bands, give Eackrola a try.One more thing, if they ever come out w accessories like a platform, bar or handles, I will definitely give those a look.

I have been really enjoying these bands. They came with very different resistances, and have allowed me to pretty much give up my gym membership and workout from home, whenever I feel like it.With bands, you can work your muscles in every single direction without the hassles of setting up inclined/declined benches.They have no smell, and have been helping me for more than 4 months. They are still intact.

These bands are great quality and come with a bag to carry them all. They have been great for assisted pull ups.

They seem sturdy I mostly use them for assisted pull ups and they have held up well.
