Stands the test of time
I had a first version of this device that I pulled out of hiding after years of leaving it tossed in a pile of other toiletries and products I rarely touch. It still worked and I was amazed! It started to lose charge quickly, so i figured if they made a product that can survive all these years and still works, it’s definitely worth it to replace. Loved that it was cordless, so I miss that but the new version works great, the warming is relaxing and though subtle, I do notice a difference in my neck and jowls. The first version I purchased more for muscle relaxation and joint pain and now, definitely for the face and neck. Very happy with my purchase!

Noticeable results
So far I’m seeing some firming and less noticeable line on my face after 6 weeks of use.

Estoy bastante desilusionada. El primer aparato me llego dañado no prendia y el que enviaron de remplazo dejo de alumbrar, se apago por completo. Quiero devolverlo y que me reembolsen mi dinero.

Customer services at Silk’n is terrible

forehead wrinkles improved but use caution.
I just started using it and only did the deep lines on my forehead twice. They improved already! Im shocked. Ill use it only there. The one negative was it got hot n I think it popped a small blood vessel on my forehead. I have a bruise! The other negative is its slow and time consuming. 3 minutes per area. But if my wrinkles look better Im all for it since botox makes me feel sick and I cannot use it.

While it worked it was fantastic
I bought Silk’n FaceFX more than two years ago in a store. While the device was working it was fantastic. It stopped working and there is no place or any area responsible to repair it or fix it. I tried through their site and send a whatsapp message to let them know that my Silk’n FaceFX stopped working and I received a message about two months later saying that I should send them a video of it not working, Can you imagine my frustration?
