It is a very good machine, it did seem to get a little loud once it was on for a long period of time. But, it is only a little louder then my old one.

I bought this as a back up to an aging unit I was using at the time. Recently when the older unit began to fail, I got this unit out of the box and set it up. Turned it on and all I got was a faint hum with no air being sent to the nebulizer. I tried everything the limited instruction said and got nothing. It left me in a bad situation with no way to use my nebulizer medicines. The unit is a complete bust and because I bought it as a back up the return time has passed. Good money down the drain.

Small compact size, works well.

It was exactly what I wanted. It took the place of mine that I had had for years and the cost was amazingly low.

It works fine, but will still vibrate off the table. It is also very loud. I was hoping it was not this loud. I replaced my old one trying to get a quieter one. No help there. So if you are after a quiet nebulizer, not the best choice, however it does everything you need it to do.
