Shoulder strap came off....
Zouk artificially hikes up the price and I got the bag cheaper on Amazon. Worked well for a few weeks the snap it just came off ( the strap). Bag wasn't heavy. Realised that it is not attached firmly. Got it stitched by cobbler. Works fine. Except for the strap.
