On receipt of these earbuds I was incredibly impressed with the sound quality and the volume level, something I felt was lacking in my Skull Candy ear buds. Unfortunately this was short lived as after 3 uses the level dropped to an almost inaudible level with 1 earbud quieter than the other. I tried every trouble shooting step I could find online but to no available.Finally I contacted the sellers EU customer Services who despite a quick initial email, have failed to reply to me once I provided the requested information. It's not been over 3 weeks and 2 emails but to no avail.I'd personally suggest finding a better alternative from a more reputable seller.**UPDATE 10TH AUG 2023**Seller reached out to apologise for the issues with the product and the European Custoner Services Team. They have also proactively refunded my order including a gesture of goodwill. After the time passed they didn't need to do this so review updated to reflect their Customer Service.

These are my 3rd purchase of wireless ear buds. After 2 different brand/manufacturer purchases, I've finally found an excellent pair that suit me.Previously, I'd have issues with video/audio being waaay out of sync - these earbuds vary from not out of sync at all to so slightly its very hard to tell. I'd also have issues with the earbuds either not fitting my earholes or creating a suction in my ear where sound was quiet and muffled.These ear buds are perfect, the over ear loop support is soft and gentle - I cant even feel its there and means the earbud can sit in my ear comfortably as a lot of earbuds are more bulky, meaning they are heavier and I would have to push them in my ear to stop them falling out.Pro's:Over the ear loop design is comfortable and supportiveGood battery life and easy to chargeGood sound qualityLow or no loss of audio/video sync when watching videosDecent noise cancellationDifferent sized earbud domes (S, M, L)Reverse charging technology. The media could not be loaded.  I have prime so the package arrived safely the following day. The earbuds are neatly packed in a small box containing the stylish black box with the earbuds inside, charging cable, additional eartips, string to hang the case and the manual.I followed the instructions and everything worked beautifully. When I opened the case the earbuds started flashing blue but I chose to fully charge them before using them. Once charged I opened the case again, the light was flashing blue and Q53 immediately appeared on my phone (please make sure to activate bluetooth on your phone). I pressed on Q53, the devices connected and I started using them.I tested all commands described in the manual and all worked well. Just what one wants.The sound is really great and one can get it quite loud but also soft, which is great if listening to a meditation for example.It blocks external noise very well but the best part of it all is that people can hear me perfectly when I call them.In all seriousness I have been using airpods (the original) and thought my phone was broken because nobody could hear me properly during a call so I only used them to listen to music/videos. I am so happy now and have given my old ones to my partner without a second thought.Please note that the battery life only appears when the case is closed. It took me a while to realise that.Also I wasn't sure how I'd feel about rubber string around the ear but it is better to have it. It is so light I don't even notice them and the buds don't fall off my ears. Running around with a baby and a child, it is very helpful not worring about losing them.I think it is worth mentioning that I can control the phone by tapping the center of the earbud as indicated in the manual. Whereas everything works perfectly, the earbuds are not overly sensitive, which is great. The airpods annoyed me because they reacted to just a bit of hair touching them.Last but not least battery life is fantastic.I have to say I am impressed and very happy I bought these earbuds.

Nobody expects very much from bud type earphones compared with real ones for quality, but they are great for versatility and use on the move. And that pretty much describes these.I like the charging box which works very well and looks good: other reviewers have commented that it appears flimsy but it seem pretty robust to me for a small bit of plastic. These things are relative.The Bluetooth performance is limited: over about 3 metres it needs line of sight but that's not really a problem in everyday use.Battery life IS impressive. Instructions are best described as 'sparse'!

Easy to use and fairly good quality sound

I used these to view a youtube video of selecting the best monitor speakers. Long story short, the video played a tone from 20k Hz to 5 Hz and these were strong all the way down to 40 Hz. Pretty flat response too. I was shocked: I'd bought them for going jogging, but I now have some very portable headphones that if I desired, could allow me to produce on the road. And for the price? No contest. Not tried any others, but I won't need to. Excellent. However, if you're buying these for noise cancellation, it's non existent, but if you don't care about that, these should be in your consideration.
