Firzone far Infrared deep Heat Heated Multi-positional Therapy pad Pain Relief

Arrived promptly, Excellent product it does work well. There is lots of evidence for the efficacy of FAR infra-red heat pads. Would whole heartedly recommend.

Bought to help a muscular hip pain problem. Annoyed that could not alter timing and heat control, without switching off at the mains to reprogram the heat level and time. Need to put a light on to read options on settings - annoying.LED programme unit is not very strong or responsive, I am not expecting this unit to last long. Pity as heat level is good.High heat levels 9/10 are good and hot. Useful for some people to warm themselves during the day/night. Recommend caution on higher heat levels if asleep and not to lie on it; as should be used on top of body and not covered by heavy bedding on top of it as it will overheat and cut out.

I use this pad on my hip as i have advanced osteoarthritis and am waiting for surgery it's very helpful for my chronic pain.

Even on maximum setting only just gets warm.

I have had chronic lower back pain for many years and have tried many different approaches to relief, including physiotherapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, exercises, paacetamol, aspirin, hot water bottles, etc. etc.! I am now trying out ny new infrared pad, which, so far, does give me some welcome relief. I am restricting my rating to 4 stars as I do not feel I have yet really put it to the test - as to whether it will effect some kind of 'cure' I rather doubt, but I need more time! Never used a heatpad before but need one now to supplement treatment from osteopath for a bad lower back. Read reviews on other products about reduced heat / temperature of recent models to comply with EU directives. Use this on Max level and find it to be just right. Cannot comment on the Far Infra Red effect compared to conventional heat pads. Pleased with purchase
