Mikki Dog, Cat, Puppy, Kitten Grooming Ball Pin Slicker Brush -For Knot, Tangles -Sml-Med Pets-Small

Initially I was disappointed when I saw this as I thought it would function as the other 'wire pin' brushes I have.Our short-hair cat had some clumps of fur on her flanks which the other brushes were not dealing with.However, when I started using this brush, within a minute she had a smooth coat as it lifted the fur balls away from her coat without any apparent discomfort.This brush is absolutely excellent. Perhaps be a little careful initially as it's 'sharper' than the other brushes, but undeniably works well and our cat loves being brushed with it.Well recommended.

This is the forth dog brush I've bought for our 11 month old mini schnauzer who has a sensitive skin and hates being brushed. It works well at removing most(but not all knots) and seems to be more gentle on her skin than the other brushes I've tried. The pins are really small and fine and close together. The brush fits comfortably in my small hand. She is definitely less stressed when being brushed with this slicker brush.

The Teeth are not very giving, used very gently on my puppy, he wasn’t too thrilled with his first brush

its good for long or thick coated dogs. i bought this for my saluki and it does the job however on the smooth coated area I won't use it as it makes him feel uncomfortable. nothing for thin skinned or single coated babies....easy to clean though and good size to do the job

I hadn't realised how much variation there is between slickers! This is great for my Maine Coon, long furred cat. She shows that she prefers this long pinned but tipped brush. I guess it doesn't scratch her skin even though it goes much deeper. It's comfortable to hold too.

Beware of this brush! It has many ball point heads missing with bent wire bristles and would cause serious damage to your dogs skin if used. Have used these Mikki brushes for years and not had this problem before....only when brush becomes very used and the odd one starts to drop off which is to be expected. I say beware in opening paragraph because I have since read other reviews which say it had the same problem and others that their dogs hated it and refused to be groomed, so I can only assume that this is a faulty batch rather than just one or two. Amazon were very good and instantly refunded me including postage so I'm happy with them but will now have to find another brush somewhere else.

Wow even after a few days it's made a difference to my cats long tangled hair, before I discovered this, thanks to other reviews, I was at a loss as to what to do as vets are so expensive, get this it works I have a very happy cat now and wish I'd got this brush earlier, not only does it remove excess hair but the knots as well.

Bought this for my 20 year old cat as he started to miss bits in his own grooming, it got rid of the excess hair easily and didn’t hurt him, in fact he rather liked.

Habe mir die Bürste auf Empfehlung gekauft und bin sehr zu frieden. Hatte Angst das ich de Hund damit verletzen könnte, was aber nicht passiert. Bin mit der Bürste schnell fertig und es sehr gründlich.

Je l'ai acheté pour ma petite chienne bébé chihuahua et elle convient très bien, elle enlève bien les poils morts et le duvet de bébé qui s'apprête à tomber et la taille est parfaite pour un tout petit chien.
