Simple Comfort Quilted Electric Heated Mattress Pad with SENSOR-SAFE Overheat Protection Technology (King Size w/Dual Controllers)

The mattress pad heats ok, however the cord for the remote is so short that I cannot put it on my night stand. It hangs down next to the bed. Would not buy again.

I am very sorry that I bought this item. I had to put it on the mattress backwards (foot of the pad at the head of the bed) because the electrical cord and the controls were to far from an electrical outlet. The cord between the controls and the connection was too short. The controls were almost caught by the bottom of the fitted sheet. There is an open area between the two parts of the connection between the cord and the portion attached to the bed. Somehow this open area pinched my arm right above my elbow and caused me to bleed on both the sheet and the pad. My skin is very thin and I bleed easily. This was not enjoyable. I don't know what temperature the "L" setting is suppose to have but it is not low. I was used to leaving my old pad on Low all night and be comfortable. I can not do that with this pad. I have to turn off the pad to keep from getting too hot. The pad does not appear to heat my entire section of the bed, as there is a section of about 5 to 6 inches that does not get warm. I am very, very sorry that I purchased this item.

The controls are at the foot of the bed. So you have to get out of bed to make adjustments. If you try and turn it around there is a large uncomfortable block for the plug that is right where your head would be. The rest of the features sounded very good. Unfortunately I never tried the blanket after we read the directions stating the controls only go at your feet.(sorry I keep rambling on about the feet, but it really is a horrible design). The picture even shows the control at the head of the bed. You could almost run the controls from the feet to the head of the bed, but your outlets must be extremely close. Buyer BEWARE.

I don't like where the controls are (bottom of bed) positioned, I have to get out of bed to change settings...I kick the connections...Just DON'T LIKE...I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN THIS ITEM PLEASE

It sounded like a good idea. One of the controller wont turn off wothin the first 90 days. Plus the controllers are uncomfortably placed.

Control attachments are placed in areas where you would be laying. Will be returning it.
