Good seal
Works well. Hate the restraints on maintenance and monitoring of concealed toilet systems. Continuous seepage of water past syphom seal most of which was draining out past the perished seal on the toilet inlet pipe into the cistern cabinet. Weeks later still drying the leaked water out! But the new seal has cured the problem.

Solved a problem smoothly
Was struggling to get seal on toilet using standard DIY shed flush cones. Realised that my pipe was 40mm rather than the standard 38mm and so bought this. With the right fitting the job was done in an instant. Good quality rubber cone that needed soaking in hot water to get it flexible enough to install, which gives me a lot of confidence that it will seal well and last over time.

Great seal. Exactly as discribed
My pipe was a 40mm and fitted perfectly in. It was a snug fit into the pan and took a bit more or a shove to get in than my old seal. Leak gone after fitting this. Will be buying again if it ever needs replacing.
