I needed an average sized round cake pan that popped out easy and this one is great. It bakes evenly. Pops out easily. I like the bottom with round parchment by choice. Has a high border perimeter so your cake can be substantial in size a bit. Seems durable and strong. I like it.

I’ve had trouble finding a smaller pan to use for cheesecake, so this size is great. The higher top will also accommodate most cake recipes, and the cake can then be cut into layers once out of the pan.this works great when you want a 3 layer cake but don’t have 3 pans.

Returned it due to damage but didn’t receive the refund until now

I never like to cut off the domed part of a cake made in multiple layer pans, that's the best and sweetest part of the cake, so much waste. This deep pan allows one bake, easy removal from the pan, then I can slice the layers. Brilliant!

I love the removable bottom! It makes taking cakes out of the pan so much easier.
