Good for hard water
Works well. Hard to know when replacement is needed. For me this involves the hot water system changing. We have very hard water and this device / replacement cartridge system work well for us.

Keeps my skin happy
It's not a Biblical change in filtration, but my skin's been softer than before after showering. Brownie points for the fact that the tub as well needs cleaning less frequently limescale wise.

Clean shower water
You do have to change the filter more often if you have hard water... When I went to order my filters the last time they were out so be prepared!

I did not know what I was missing until I bought the Shower Filter
I live an apartment life, have for most of my life. I never knew what I was doing to my body until I started using the shower filter. My face has less breakouts, my skin feels smoother, and even the bit of hair I have feels a little less oily. If you live the apartment life and do not like hard water, I would strongly recommend purchasing the shower filter and keeping an extra couple of filters around. Once these get dirty, they don't let the contaminates through, they just stop letting water get through as easy also.

Great Filter
These are great filters and I definitely noticed the difference in the water immediately on first use. It's still filtering great after 3 weeks, but I can tell the water pressure is starting to get restricted. I don't expect it to last much longer. If there is a 12 pack of these filters at a reasonable price, I'm not against changing the filter once a month. I'll keep using and buying these as long as they're available, though. I appreciate it that much. Update: The last filter I just swapped out lasted 3 1/2 months. and the water pressure was still good. Still very pleased. I can't imagine going back to unfiltered shower water.
