I recently purchased a full height, Steam sauna, and the steam unit started acting up after about a month Was great and sent me a replacement, but while I was waiting, I decided it might be nice to have a back up unit. This steamer worked perfectly from day one. I know some people complain about the thousand watt versus 1500 W. But that really isn’t that big a deal to me. Basically it takes 15 minutes to heat up and then once it starts steaming steam is steam. The other nice thing about the thousand watt unit is that it does not put nearly as much stress on the circuit in the room where I have my sauna which leaves me options to have other things plugged in like lights, music, etc. I highly recommend this unit. It has been perfect for me

The lid is cheap. Falls apart and forms cracks after a few uses. This is the second steamer I've purchased and have had the same problem with both of them. Trying to find a quality replacement lid that is not "heat resistant" plastic.

Good product works as expected now have two connected to my santa Only negative thing is no logical instruction Has tempature and timer I only use highest setting for both and takes awhile to heat but it works amazingly

Thus is a great steamer. I purchased it to go with a wooden steam box. It heats up quickly and provides nice steam. I had to add a longer hose to reach the box but it's nice and quality. I love the remote control!

I purchased the heater on March 11, 2026, and here it is April 30, 2026, and it won't turn on. None of the controls work; it looks like there is moisture in the controls. This is the third one I bought.

After watching a video online, I bought this. It is identical to the one that came with my portable steam sauna. The issue I had was the amount of steam from one steamer. I purchased a second one, cut a small hole in the opposite side of the portable sauna, and added a second unit. Having two units was a total game changer. My steam sauna is in the garage. I would sit in it for an hour with it maxed out and feel okay. With two units, maxed out, I am coming out in half an hour totally soaked and dripping wet. Totally changed the experience. Highly recommend these units.

So good.. work pretty well. I enjoy my sauna every once week.

Very Disappointed. Had it for 6 weeks, used only about 20 times. It leaks and won't stay on. Garbage.

Works great but takes like 18 minutes to start boiling

Machine does not generate enough steam. This is a replacement but different brand. I assumed it would be the same as the original but I was wrong.
